Recruitment process was great. Superb headhunters, amazingly fast & streamlined process. Most of the recruiters are from Ukraine and they are working excellently even when there is a war going on in their country. I'm truly amazed.
Cons
It is near impossible to find a good project after joining. This is mostly because their "client management" team is incompetent. Here is what happened: - While they are setting up my profile, they entered my skills wrong. I fixed it as soon as I noticed, but I keep getting non-relevant projects for quite some time, because for some reason they are too lazy to read it. Lost 2 weeks because of this. - We agreed on a position, I met the client company representative and then Proxify client manager ghosted me. I wrote him/her over Slack, no response. Did the project cancelled? Did the client company found someone else? I've no idea. Lost 3 weeks. - They found me a project, I agreed to work for it. After 2 weeks, it's cancelled. Reason: client found me too expensive. Problem: my rate isn't a secret. It was written there since the beginning. If I was too expensive, why that role suggested to me? Don't the client management team know the budget of their customers? It's ridiculous. - Their "opportunities" pool is a joke. I applied to some projects, no one contacted me, no one reviewed my profile, no one accepted or rejected my application, they don't even answered any questions on Slack. If developers aren't allowed to apply to roles, why there is this page? If only client managers is going to do matching, remove it, so I don't waste my time reading project descriptions. - Some of the projects / roles are very low quality. Either client management team can't recognize it or they don't care.
