Pros
Nothing - I guess Proventa now care about their image so they are now posting a tonne of fake reviews. They have more reviews on glassdoor than actual people in the office because everyone quits within a month...or you get sacked. In all seriousness, if you can survive this job sales will be a breeze for you, you can't get lower than the bottom of the barrel.
Cons
Everything. The stories I could tell, everyone still there has been brainwashed into believing one day they can earn 6 figures, ask them how much money they have actually earned? Awkward silence. The employees who are left at this company are trying to find other jobs on the low are trying to get out of the job. Pay - the base salary is atrocious you can earn almost double in another company doing less work. Management - I do not have alot of time to write this, I can not begin to explain how unethical this company is, I would not be surprised if they end up on watchdog soon.
