      flexible working hour so much free time a lot of friends

      Cons

      there's no contract, so anyone could live anytime the actual wage is below the standard minimum wage of Surabaya sometimes you could work up to 12 hours, or have no working hours but have to stay at the office for 6 hours while doing nothing
