pay and benefits were decent and the job itself was good when there was time to do the job.

Always understaffed...Unrealistic expectations to provide coverage for others and complete assigned priorities The main goal wasn't helping clients, it was bringing them in for service to meet contract expectations-(clients were numbers) Heavy workload, not enough time to complete priorities without staying late or taking work home. rude and judgemental supervisor - micromanaged- lacked trust - condescending, always critical and negative-would use bullyish /interrogative style Too Many Meetings Poor leadership - direction was always ambiguous or a secret Director is unapproachable and unfriendly with frontline staff
