However, they are better paid than you for doing the same tasks and projects. -United States Producers sometimes ask for help with projects just 5 to 15 minutes before the end of the workday. If you explain that it’s not possible due to the limited time, they escalate the issue to the supervisor, claiming that you are unwilling to cooperate.
