Pros
I’ve been an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Prosci for just over a year, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. The work is meaningful, the clients are thoughtful and engaged, and the culture truly reflects Prosci’s mission around people and change.
One of the standout parts of my experience has been my manager, Jill LeNoble. She’s supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in her team’s growth and success. Jill strikes a great balance between autonomy and guidance, and she creates an environment where you feel trusted, heard, and motivated to do your best work.
The teammates I work with every day are another huge plus. Everyone is collaborative, knowledgeable, and willing to help; there’s a real sense of “we’re in this together.” Even in a fast-paced enterprise environment, the culture remains respectful, human, and values-driven.
Prosci also does a great job providing strong enablement, clear frameworks, and opportunities to learn, especially if you enjoy being a trusted advisor to clients and building long-term relationships.
Cons
Like any growing organization, there are times when processes evolve or priorities shift, which can feel challenging if you prefer everything to be fully defined upfront. That said, leadership is open to feedback and continuously working to improve.
