      Great commission structure Flexibility to work within multiple territories Good systems to support agents

      Cons

      My office saw high turnover of sales managers so there was no continuity. The brand is not well recognised. This particular franchise model doesn't seem to work well - some offices closed and were rebranded.

      Pros

      People who care, communicate and connect on a human level while being transparent and professional in every possible way. Giving Agents 110% support and expecting 100% return!! A very exciting young company to be a part of with a brilliant open-door policy and strong management ability.

      I haven't been there long enough - my only complaint so far!
