9yYour post made me realize that we need to do a better job celebrating our internal promotions and talk about how far we've come as a company more often.
In 2016 alone, 50% of our CE Experts on the Support Center team were promoted to higher positions. These promotions celebrated the strengths of the individuals and brought them into positions such as Team Leads, Quality Assurance Specialists, EverCheck Quality Control, Partner Success Manager, and EverCheck Client Success Manager.
In the past 5 years, from January 2012 to January 2017, we have grown from a team of 13 employees to a team of 57! We are on a fast growth trajectory and are hiring employees who align with our values and who we envision growing within our organization in the years to come.
