-short staffed (phone never stops ringing)
-create unrealistic interventions
-low pay
-fast-pace environment (they expect you to do so many things and complain when stuff isn’t done simultaneously)
Will interrupt for assistance and then complain you’re not doing your job
- no growth opportunities
- will not increase your pay annually
- management does not treat people with respect, management is also always changing
- director changes attitude whenever he pleases
- no appreciation towards top employees
- other staff is not supporting (everything gets blamed on PSR staff)
