Nice company - Anonymous employee Profidata Employee Review

A small family company lead by it's founders since the beginning. The company listens to their employees ideas and suggestions and adjusts itself accordingly. Work life balance is perfect and salary is also good.

Lacks a bit of internal career opportunities. Is also a slow growing company, and sometimes management over-complicates a bit the daily work.

Coworkers are helpful and open Work time is somewhat flexible, hybrid People are competent

Sometimes it feels like there's lots of protocols to follow even for the most simplest of tasks for which I'm convinced it's worth it
