We appreciate the favorable review! It's good to know that efforts towards a comfortable work environment don't go unnoticed. I would like to add that after 1 year of employment, employees accrue a competitive 3 weeks of PTO. After 4 years, PTO accrual is over 4 weeks. I am also interested to know what changes you felt were "secretive." Over the past year, we have had several departmental changes and moves but those have been communicated to everyone in the company ahead of schedule once decisions are made.
