I feel proud knowing that our work helps people in government contracting roles save time, which allows them to spend more moments with their families instead of staying late at work! The work environment is so supportive. I love having friendly coworkers who are willing to help whenever needed. Our leadership is honest and keep us informed about what’s going on in the company. As the company is always improving and changing, it can take some time to adjust to new processes or updates. This is not a company for someone with a big ego.

I have been at Procurement Sciences for about a year, and I still enjoy this job every day more than I have any other prior job. It is challenging but fun, and I love getting to help customers every day. Start-up atmosphere is fast-paced and everyone wears a lot of hats. Small company, so no 401K matching or formalized parental leave, but they are always looking out for our best interests and adding benefits as they can.
