Third class company never join this company as the director (Seats in USA), Accountant (Seats in Kolkata) and the Legal Associate (Seats in NCR) don''t have the curtsy to speak with employee who seats in Vadodara or at any of their operation site and when you show them the reality or show them even the washroom issue they will fire you, even in month of April to June more than 25 people left including VP from USA office and many other fired because of above 3 musketeers in company and no one really waste their time joining them so my personal advise you can find some old people and get the reviews from them as well and the people who left or fired are just 2-3 months old so this shows that company is least bother and that is the reason all the good candidates left the company. Also the office space and environment are dull you won't be filling working they even ask you for the explanation if the Tissue paper or toilet rolls is not there and why you used this much, and even after that the accountant has no sense how to speak and what to speak and they says if tissue paper or toilet rolls are used before the month completed you will not get another you manage on your own and it will ordered after 5-7 long approval procedure in starting of the month but than after it will take 15 days to receive, also salary is not deposited on time and many more issue , so personal advice its better you stay home instead of joining such idiot company.
