Low pay comparable to other companies.

-Supervisor was great -Easy work -Was not micro-managed

-Owner is cheap -No growth -Expected in office when other employees can work from home -Denied a raise and ability to be fully remote when the job can be done 100% remote -Was replaced by two remote employees after I left with much lower pay
