Left for work on a Thursday around 5:15pm got a call about 10 mins later from HR letting me go and was told it was a culture issue! Horrible cop out and the only negative feedback I received was attendance [ all valid eith Dr note sent] was told I could work from home a few times and then reprimanded about working from home. I was there right at 30 days, and was told I was doing a good job in the two check ins/1:1. The ethical decision to effect a person's financial income without any warning, chance for improvement, or reasoning is gross! And to not even have the decency to tell me in person is WILD!!
