Pros

Misery shared is misery halved

Cons

Every bad review is true. CEO is a narcissistic sociopath and will push you to the breaking point for his own success. If you mess up, he will guilt trip you and say “you are literally taking food off my kids plate”…although he has like 3 luxury cars and multiple properties... He will hold your salary against you and publicly berate you. After I resigned (best decision of my life) I had to change my ringtone because the one I had while working here would trigger ptsd and panic attacks because the ceo will call you in the middle of the night to chew you out over the smallest things and make you feel like slave labor. You will hate your life here. You will contemplate taking a part time job at McDonalds just to escape the third world dictatorship-like atmosphere the ceo has established at PJS. No amount of money is worth the misery you will endure here. Don’t drink the kool-aid. You will lose all your friends, loved ones and people you care about because all of your time will be devoted to the all-mighty Greg Raiff. Sounds fun right? If you take this job after reading this, you have no one to blame but yourself.

Pros

There are some great people that work here.

Cons

The only way to describe this place is an absolute dumpster fire. The goalposts are moved for the sales team and BDRs constantly without reason. The company has no direction and pivots their focus every 6-12 months. In my time there, I was witness to -a full company restructure -resignations of the CSO, CFO, and President of Sales -had 3 different "managers" -a commission plan be altered to put more money in the company's (CEO's) pocket -More people than I care to count leave the company within 3 months... The CEO will never give those in upper management any sort of autonomy- Those that try to change things end up leaving. Everyone else just becomes his puppet- and his words are then voiced through their mouths. The reputation of this place is poor among aviation companies and declining more by the day. No amount of CEO media-hits or company rebranding efforts can save this place in the long run because there will be no one left who wants to do business with them. Take all of these reviews as your warning. Everyone who has written a review on this site has been in your shoes before, thinking that their experience will be different. It won't be. Check out reviews for 'Elevate Jet' and 'Elevate Aviation Group'. These are companies owned and led by the same circus clown and his minions. You won't like what you see there either.
