Pros
Great pay, great opportunity, manager is awesome. The crew does a tremendous job. Almost everything is awesome.
Cons
There is only one team meeting per month, so it is difficult to feel a sense of connection. It is really up to you whether you are successful or not. The manager is very helpful, but you have to be very intentional with asking for help. The truth is you can’t really ask for a better opportunity, but you have to be persistent and consistent.
Another con is that everything is optional and very few things are mandatory. So, you have to hold yourself accountable. No one else will. That’s also kind of a pro, but it might be a con to some people. Hard to list cons when the manager is so noble and kind. He really cares about the team. The only thing is that the team is growing, so you have to sort of meet the manager halfway.
