Pros

Nice campus, some decent faculty and staff, attracts some really great students. Impressive library. As a religious school, there is some focus on being a caring community.

Cons

Incompetence, especially in HR, is ignored or excused and as a result, the school runs on good vibes and awful practices. No onboarding for new employees. No offboarding either. Most common response with other employees when I left was: Take me with you. Incredibly high turnover that everyone pretends is normal but no one cares why it's happening. Very low morale among staff, and students feel it, too. When students critique the school, they are threatened with expulsion. Has a billion dollar endowment but paint peeling from the walls, students getting poisioned by mold in their apartments and staff begging for salaries that match the impopssible work load. There is so much that needs to be done and no motivation for anyone to do it. If you get a job here, watch out for the cliques, back stabbing and people in charge who are actually bullies. Also, this is a seperate school from the university.
