      Responsive physicians. Supportive staff. Very sick patients.

      Cons

      Older facility. Some paper charting. In transition mode with top management presents some unknown variables. No hospital culture. Poor communication from leadership.

      Flexible hours, great team to work with.

      Old facility, need a lot of updates/improvements.

      Pros

      Units have very good camaraderie. The hospital real tries to work with the very limited recourses to improve the work area for nursing staff.

      Cons

      Antiquated computer system and paper charting for nursing staff. The order entry program is from the early 90s and the other programs are really out dated.
