      Getting to watch children learn and grow is always amazing!! Being such a big part in the kids lives is so fun! You get to be the key reason kids are learning.

      Cons

      Workload is insane in comparison to pay. Management does not listen to staff. Good staff is taken advantage of while poor staff get rewarded and can do whatever they want.
