There’s no pro’s for this company.

They hire drivers with the worst driving records. They don’t pay for lay over, dispatch is in India. Make drivers drive on pc to get the load to the destination on time. (300) miles on pc. They wake you up when you’re on a 10 hour break, day time dispatch have favorite drivers. The owner is always yelling and everyone in the dispatch office let their favorite drivers take a 34 every weekend. If truck breaks down they make you return all the way to California and still won’t fix the problem. Be Aware Drivers!
