Pros
Some great individual contributors and managers who sincerely try to do quality work and treat people well. 401k and other benefits are decent even if not what they once were. New Headquarters in Eagan (oddly designed but pretty to look at) replacing outdated buildings. Also, when done correctly it can be rewarding to work on projects for a healthcare company that take privacy and patient care seriously.
Cons
There is little to no leadership at Prime. People in positions of power are either constantly changing (in my time and off the top of my head: 2 CEOs, 3 CIOs, 3 CFOs and another coming, and we reported to 4 different VPS at one point or another) or will run screaming in the other direction of the need to make a decision. Processes are very convoluted which kills a sense of "ownership" and technology is outdated. HR is also a black hole from which no light or matter of substance escapes. Yearly "raises" sometimes fall below the rate of inflation so get all the money you can upfront and don't expect any help with career development.
