Over all it was good and wonderful experience working

People can be more friendly and training part can be improved

1) Good to learn work for both entry level and experienced candidates. 2) Company/Management has good morale and ethics towards all employees,regardless of their positions.

1) Key players of Top Management has to be replaced. As they follow some ackward management principles and which inturn result of individual's efficiency of doing work. 2) Company has to provide payment to employees on time without long delays.
