Work is easy enough for mechanically inclined

Management is lacking poor decisions. Not a lot said assembling rifles the first three weeks of the month just subassembly that work is saved for the one employee on the weekends. The last week is very busy and a lot of scrambling to make up for the first three weeks of slow busy work
