Not many pros barring that there are far and few companies in Mangalore.

Work culture is pathetic, people are made to work for 10 hours 12 minutes. They keep changing schedules. Drinking water stinks in rainy season, cockroaches and rats are cooked along with the food and served. No action is taken when complained. COO lacks basic understanding of his own job. Abuses people and his power.
