I would strongly advise anyone considering a role here to think very carefully before applying, especially if you value your mental and financial health. The central problem in my experience was not being paid. During my time at the company, I received only one payslip on time. In 2026, I was paid once, in January. After that, I repeatedly chased outstanding wages and was told payment was “imminent,” but it never materialised. I went months without being paid for work I had already done and ultimately had no choice but to resign in July 2026. I was also deeply concerned by the way payroll and pension matters were handled. The lack of clarity and follow‑through around these issues destroyed my trust in the company. Communication was consistently poor. Serious concerns about unpaid wages were not properly addressed. Instead, staff were given repeated assurances that payment was just around the corner, while nothing actually changed. Employees were left to absorb the financial and emotional impact with no real transparency or accountability. In my experience, the ceo failed to meet basic employment obligations. I felt unsupported and misled during one of the most stressful periods of my working life, and I would not recommend working here.
