Because mental health still has such a stigma around it, it's hard to hear someone say they don't want our assistance.

I left the company, that was a plus

Everything. The CEO is arrogant and stubborn. He does not listen to his staff and will often lie to people based on facts we told him were wrong. He promises what cannot be delivered and refuses to take responsibility for things that go wrong, often leaving it for the newest people to try and handle. It is a shame, the company had promise until it was sunk by the ego of one man.
