What stood out to me when I first started was the great team & enthusiasm that they have. Personally, I love the size of the company it has a high growth startup feeling but the head count & resources of a larger company. The leadership team is accessible, understanding & supportive - I’m given multiple opportunities to check in with them & hear me out on new ideas, whether they can only consider but sometimes be put into effect (honest group). A few other things come to mind: compensated fairly, excellent work experience, the benefits are a plus, 401k is matched after a year & have PTO w/ holidays, work from home, work/life balance is appreciated.
