      Pros

      I worked with some lovely people, and the store has a great atmosphere. I love music and the fashion so to be able to work around those two things was a pleasure.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great, it is minimum wage, especially because you have to do a 3 month trial before being offered any in store discount.

      They look after their staff. Feels like a family and good benefits

      Teams can be small so workload is high but that’s agency life!
