All staff is hard working and dedicated to providing the firm's clients the best possible service and client experience. Staff is very knowledgeable in their specified roles, collectively bringing a full financial, estate and tax planning umbrella to touch all of their client's needs.
Cons
Still very traditional in it's dress code, would like to see it be a bit more casual.

Competitive salary, beautiful/clean office, life/health insurance, other fringe benefits, friendly coworkers are equally driven and motivated
Cons
Hostile work environment and a lot of false promises given during the interview process and throughout your tenure. There are too many people in the firm with "Manager" and "Director" titles, so if you're a junior employee they will make every effort to let you know that you're a junior employee and will treat you accordingly. Firm's interest is neither aligned with the employees nor the clients' best interest. CEO averages a 4-5 month vacation each year, which speaks volumes on the leadership and direction that the firm is heading.
