Pros
I thought that the review before me was just someone who was disgruntled but boy was I wrong. The name fits, you feel alot of “Pressure” working for this “family oriented company” because the owners of the company work 7 days a week, it feels like you’re expected to do the same, if they offer you a company phone DO NOT TAKE IT! Work will never stop even though you’re with family. You can’t catch a break, it was also sad to hear the president of the company say during a meeting “right now is not the time for people not to answer their phone during busy season, and if theres a reason why they cant answer then they need to come talk to me”. Im sorry but have you ever heard of life outside of work?
Cons
They really know how to sell the golden ticket, promising you that your voice will be heard and that you matter, they use and abuse and mentally manipulate you. Alot of different departments feel this way, from talking with the people in billing/accounting/ customer service, they all feel as if the work that they produce is not enough. Not to mention they also are doing alot of illegal activity by knowingly hiring undocumented workers, but whats sad is that they are okay with lying as long as we pay these people $12 to work odd shifts and making sure they end up with a good profit at the end. Oh and let me tell you the one thing that bugged me more than anything, everything that you write you have to document in a MLA outline format. THATS ALL YOU DO ALL DAY! There’s no proper training in departments.
