Pros
FTO, Very easy work if you're competent, Not Micromanaged (because supervisor/leadership has no idea how anything works anyway)
Cons
My mistake was ignoring the red flags from the very beginning, especially during the interview. I was hired as an Application Support Analyst and during the interview, even the hiring manager had no clue what Forsta was utilized for and had little insight into the role itself. When I was hired, there was no training and I learned at least 95% of everything on my own. There is no opportunity for advancement and each time I talked to my supervisor, they had no answer for how I could reach my goals and provided no direction. Compensation is low compared to industry standard and there is no talk about raises no matter how good of a job you do. Management has no clue how Forsta can be utilized and no actual technical knowledge about it and push things off to employees who do know what to do. They continue to add things to your workload if you prove yourself competent, while letting employees who don't know what to do get away with doing no work. Ultimately, I'm proud of myself for eventually realizing my worth and left after one year when I found a better job. I did meet a few great people there but it doesn't compensate for the disappointment I experienced working here. Stay away if you can, unless you're sure this is where you want to land.
