Pros

In theory, the mission is great; there is so much potential to make a difference in healthcare outcomes through analytics and data science. This is just not the company to do it.

Cons

-Absolutely toxic organization with sociopathic, abusive, tone-deaf leadership from the C-suite on down - Failures result in finger-pointing rather than self-recognition and correction -Bleeding business to the point of losing more customers than gaining new ones - Leaders jockeying for position and prestige rather than helping their teams succeed -Aggressive acquisitions without any meaningful integration afterwards -Embarrassing inability to know, demonstrate, and sell their own capabilities effectively - Mass exodus of talent, both voluntarily and involuntarily - Collects plenty of customer feedback about their products and services, but doesn't act on the recommendations - Human Resources team that regurgitates useless corporate playbook rhetoric rather than actually being good partners (see every canned response here on Glassdoor...) - For all their talk of ethics, take note of the influx of 5-star reviews dated April 2023...that's after leaders were told to start flooding Glassdoor with positive reviews to counter all the authentic negative ones and to try to raise their plummeting scores.
