Pros
Good office location. If you have absolutely no experience, this is a chance for you to get some. Nice balcony view.
Cons
Customer service is severely understaffed. More than half of customer service staff left during a two month period. A lot of other understaffed and/or unappreciated departments have seen a lot of key talented people leaving in the past few months as well. Once the department is understaffed, there are more complaints, more unsatisfied customers, and unsatisfied staff. Management can't monitor what customer service agents do. They don't have or make time when they see someone do a good job, most of the time they won't see it. I've seen some staff being treated very poorly, getting shouted at. Managements supports a stressful culture, they probably believe people work harder like this (they could't be more wrong). I've heard of people not being paid their overtime as they didn't fill in the overtime sheet (even once they explained the reason why they couldn't). Training of new staff is not sufficient. I've seen staff getting one day training for hundreds of programs, then answer calls while no one has a chance to help, as team members are on phones and management is busy with other work.
