Pros
I work from a bean bag at home in comfy clothes and get to help interesting and hardworking high school students. (I am a full time teacher and tutor on weekends and evenings.) I take on lots of tutoring students since I enjoy working with them, so I have gotten some decent raises over the past two years with this company. I love making my own hours and backing off when I want less work, or asking for more students when I want more work (I get lots of assignments whenever I ask, which is great!). The curriculum is easy to get used to and the program managers are really helpful and encouraging. I can't imagine a better work from home job, honestly.
Cons
There is some off the clock communication (maybe 5 min/week via email per student) with parents, but I am happy to do it since my hourly pay is great for the type of work required!
