Pros
Cool spiffs from time to time. In a nice building.
Cons
Actual potential to earn is misleading, commissions change often, reps/employees have little control over files, processors are slow to get offers and often make mistakes with submissions, problem with back dooring and applications being stolen within the firm. You have to request to be paid, even when the money is due to you. Paychecks are often off-mathematically and pay-outs are problematic within this group. Hard work and dedication is expected yet not rewarded even on the most basic level. Managers harrass you about keeping a 9-12 hour schedule and standing up during "power hour" The focus is always on new applications, not so much funding. closing ratios across the board are low comparable to industry standards.
