- Very Poor Communication Skills - Calls at all hours/Weekends - Worked on the clock more than 40 hours and wouldn't pay overtime.

Thank you for your feedback. Most employees at small business firms tend to juggle multiple responsibilities. However, we do not require employees and contractors to work outside of their hourly parameters. Employees are compensated by compensatory time off for their over time, and contractors are required to only work their contracted hours.

Pros

The only pro to working here is that I was able to work from my home state.

Cons

There were many cons as the company from my internal perspective didn't have much forward growth. The upper management was very messy and acted in a very controlling manner. I noticed in one of our monthly meetings the managers would pick on some employees to intentionally embarrass them. Kind of how a high school teacher does but more derogatory. The pay was not so great either as I made only 55k. Also something I noticed in addition to that was that in order to get away from paying their employees more they would intentionally hire those with visas from different countries so they would be able to keep their cost of labor quite low. Overall very stingy and messy company with no regards for employees. So I would recommend not working here.
