Pros
The company invests a lot in technology and offers decent benefits. Holiday schedule seemed generous. There's no vesting period for the 3.5% 401K match that you receive if you contribute 6%. Their 401K is administered at Fidelity and requires working at the company 2 months before you can participate. The company offers a cell phone allowance if you use your phone for work.
Cons
I wouldn't recommend working here unless it is in their corporate office. They said it was hybrid, but it was really 100% onsite. The turnover was high. When I announced I was leaving, multiple employees asked me if there are openings at my next company. Employee morale was very low. Poor work/life balance. Physical inventories involved working up to 18 hours per day over 2 days. The corporate office is always barking orders. A private equity firm owns the company, which explains the situation.
