Provides work-life balance, cares about their employees, is flexible with time off and hours, provides free coffee and snacks, terrific time off and 401k plan, operations director is caring and personable, engineering manager is bright, strategic and caring.

bathrooms need a remodel and wallpaper needs to be taken down
