- fun, intelligent, forward-thinking people - great office location - great culture (entire company went to Cancun together) - opportunity to learn - opportunity for entrepreneurs to grow within the company - excellent sales bootcamp - remote work possible - daily job requires talking with c suites and highly experienced professionals - Pay is getting more and more competitive
Cons
- Not a tech company, but a service company... PR does outsourcing and consulting... not a do your 3 year bid and hop to another startup company after you vest your equity kind of deal - standard growing pains for a mature startup... to make a difference you need to put in long hours, average pay, and shifting responsibilities as the company pivots... if you want entrepreneurship, challenge, learning this is the place... if you want earning, structure, and a long term career path in a company go somewhere else (not here yet)
