Pros
Great pay its what got me here ad I let cloud my judgment. Could tell on plant tour it was a dysfunctional facility., but I'm a half glass full type person and thought if I do little it will get better. HEy still getting the great pay and fighting the fight but not for long.
Cons
Weak Union but not willing to work with management to keep jobs in house. Union stuck in the not my job mentality. No wonder the out-source all machine shop work to Mexico. Management doesn't want new ideas and union wants employees are poor performers due to lack of discipline. Both sides are have weak upper management.
