Pros
Remote work and rewards program perk. There are more cons then pros but I had to include at least 5 words.
Cons
The downsides of working at Precision would be upper management, they do not care about what goes on and how teams are ran. They also do not care about titles as every single person does the same thing, there isn't a such thing as hierarchy. Lots of hours and no breaks. I had to make a decision between two offers and I have to say I sure chose the wrong one. They are not good to their employees at all.
