People are nice and supportive Good EDIW polices and they have inclusion network The work is interesting Most people have good past experience and apply well so are helpful Good benefits- pension scheme, private health care, dental care, mental health etc
Cons
Sometimes workload is too heavy with tight deadlines Depending on your job role can be too repetitive and can make you lose focus/motivation Promotions depend on who's team you are on some teams give out easy than others and can take years
