Pros
There are truly some great people there. The company culture can be great, if you're doing well. The company as a whole has some really positive ideas/initiatives as well.
Cons
Do not be fooled, there is no work-life balance. Their idea of work-life balance is incorporating work life into your home life. The good ones in management are honest about this up front though. The unfortunate part is how political it is. The company promises fair treatment and that promotions are based on performance alone, but there is too much special treatment for there to be a level playing field. While those with the top performance may appear to be earning the perks they get, there is often an unfair advantage to get them to that level in the first place. If you are willing to dedicate every part of your life to the company, it is probably a good fit for you. If you value things outside of your career, it won't be. (Also kind of a resume killer- hard to explain selling windows as a high level sales job.)
