Don't waste your time - Anonymous employee Power Choice Mortgage Employee Review

Finally found a place that fit well for me and a place to call home. I enjoy the friendly staff, the management team and the front desk is always smiling and happy to greet you in the morning, afternoon and before you leave for the day. The initial training is great, but the management support team is always available to make sure they're there to help you and be successful long term. I really enjoy working here.

LOL Not really fond of the music they play through-out the day, but that's the least of my problems.

I have been in the industry for nearly 15 years and I can honestly say that I have never worked for a company that values the work and experience of its loan origination staff like the team at Power Choice. The compensation plan of getting paid a base salary of $5k and a file bonus at time of submission whether the loan funds or not is unique to the industry and we only work M-F 8:30-5:30 allows me to have a life outside of the office.

I can honestly say that I have nothing negative to say about the company. The management team has always been fair with me and I actually look forward to coming into work everyday.
