They love to advertise themselves as a laid back, fun company, but its a very cliquey and stressful environment to be in if you're not part of the group. And by group, I mean a scientologist. And if you don't fall into the mix, they will force you out, and up until that point, they will make your time there very miserable and treat you like garbage. All the top people are Scientologists, and they're constantly trying to indoctrinate you. Taking L. Ron Hubbard courses is a requirement. I've never worked for a company that tries to force their ideologies down your throat so much. The turnover is so high, they're literally hiring new people every day. It's a suffocating environment to be in.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us, as that is not what we hope any of our employees to go through during their few weeks with the company. As the HR Manager I try very hard to make each person I hire feels welcome and part of the group and I know that I must have liked you a lot if we hired you. :) We only want great people here and we are picky about that . But, I will definitely look into the sales area and see where I need to fix the training. I do want to mention that we have grown by 50 staff over the last year and we hit our highest ever year in 2018. We just added 10 new desks in sales and are hiring for 10 additional reps. So our recruitment is mostly brand new roles due to work load and not replacements for staff leaving. Our courses are business courses that relate to the job one is hired for. We don't deliver courses regarding Scientology of course. I wish you all the best in your working career and thank you for your feedback. We will work harder to improve anything we can for our employees.

Approachable Leadership: The executive team is genuinely accessible, which is a rare find in a company of this size. It creates a transparent and respectful environment. Vibrant, People-First Atmosphere: The office is truly a fun place to be. Between the free yoga, on-site cafe, and regular team-building activities (like trivia, craft projects, and dress-up days), the company actively invests in morale. Stable & Growth-Oriented: After six years, I can attest to the company’s stability and the consistent opportunities for professional development.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: Because we are a high-performing team, the pace can be intense. Deadlines move quickly, which requires you to be very adaptable and focused. High Standards: We set the bar high here. While it's incredibly rewarding, it can be demanding at times, which might be a steep learning curve for someone who isn't used to high-output environments. Constant Evolution: We are always optimizing our strategies to stay ahead, which means processes can change. It’s great for growth but requires a "go-with-the-flow" mindset.
