Pros
Not much in the way of pros, these days.. It used to be a family team approach but rapidly changing to just another big company.
Cons
Working environment is very disorganized and unsettled. A lot of change without much in the way of leadership or direction. Many people are walking away from our company. It's sad to see such a people building culture change to a cut throat "not my job" approach.
