      Pros

      Freedom to choose your cases. You are control of your own schedule.

      Cons

      I had written a positive review about PBS in the past, however my opinions have changed after the recent change to the employee system and some corporate decisions. I think the change to the employee system was very rushed and disorganized. Now it has become a corporation that is struggling to find middle ground and neglects other regions that are not Florida-based. I would love to see PBS regain its reputation by making more wise decisions in the future.

      Thank you for your feedback! I am glad that the flexibility to set your own schedule and autonomy to choose your own case assignments has been a benefit to you! We do know that changing from an Independent Contractor to an Employee business model was a big change for everyone in the organization! We take feedback of both our employees and the greater ABA field into consideration when making many decisions (including the employee change) and hope to navigate these changes with smooth transitions and transparency.       Cons

      Technology systems can occasionally be inefficient, leading to extra time spent on documentation or scheduling. Caseloads and client hours may fluctuate based on staffing and client availability.

      Pros

      They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

      Cons

      You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
