Poor communication, organization, and coordination.
Many in upper management, such as HR and regional coordinator, take a very long time to respond to emails and sometimes never respond.
Poor professionalism, including in regional coordinator, which is a high position that influences the company culture, second only to the CEO. You'll see contradictory info, lack of communication, dishonest behavior, pushing blame on others who were doing their jobs, and lack of humbleness to admit mistakes and correct them.
Terrible website that they require you to use for everything, called SharePoint. It crashes/malfunctions often. It shows a variety of incorrect information, including incorrect hours you've worked. Pages won't load or they freeze, even when you always use Chrome like they tell you to. You will always be directed to submit a "Solv" ticket, which is supposed to solve your tech issues, but there is no drop-down option for some issues, including tech issues, which are the most frequent. You'll be waiting for months, and about 99% of the time, nothing will ever be resolved. Instead of helping you, the person assigned to help you may pass on the responsibility to someone else, who also doesn't help you.
Strict rules about how to perform your job and in other ways very loose with little to no guidance about what to do. Unpaid trainings that they offer you as if it's a choice to take the trainings, but you really have to get training to use SharePoint and to do your job, so it's not a real choice. They also don't offer trainings on many aspects of your job that should be trained.
