      Wow thanks for the review and advice, you went to town there. We'll pick some constructive criticism out and take action. If there are any cash flow 'problems' its through supporting a self titled 'Managing Consultant' who didn't meet any targets or even deliver any revenue.       Pros

      Populus is a family business and those that join are very much part of the family. The business is not a high street agency that micro manages but that of a business that offers independence, support and an opportunity to develop careers and is financially rewarding. Small team - very dynamic and loyal. Great principles and everyone lives by them. Work life balance fantastic. Great reputation with their clients. You decide on your career path and the company supports.

      Cons

      If you've been part of a business that micro manages and enjoy that aspect, then this business is not for you.
